Double sided cutting board!One side is for raw while the other side is for cooked food. Knife friendly, doesn't knick (at least doesnt show any marks yet) and this board does not dull your knives. Cutting board has a nice thickness to it (no warping) and the weight is nice, not too light and not too heavy. Has not stained and doesn't hold any odor!Overall great design, nice and sturdy and that little kick stand on the bottom for it to stand is actually helpful.
